-Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers across various disciplines.
-Manage the engineering design and development process from concept to production.
-Provide technical guidance and support in mechanical, electrical, systems, and controls engineering.
-Implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project outcomes.
-Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and customer satisfaction.
-Manage engineering resources, including budget, personnel, and equipment, to meet project demands.
-Bachelor"s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related field) is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
-Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
-Demonstrated track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering teams and managing complex projects.
