Job description

Role Overview:
The Senior Technical Program Manager will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership to plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management within the digital engineering group, with a heavy focus on mobile initiatives. This role requires a self-starter who can lead initiatives, drive work across multiple teams from estimation to post-production support, and effectively coordinate across a large organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, track, report, and control all aspects of program management with a high degree of accountability.
  • Drive all work across multiple teams, from initial estimation through to post-production support.
  • Lead initiatives independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a Technical Program Manager (TPM) team.
  • Coordinate extensively across various PCW teams, quickly identifying key players and building strong diplomatic relationships.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, other TPMs, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineers to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills:
  • Experience working as a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for at least 4 years.
  • Overall experience of 15+ years supporting Software Development.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Digital, particularly mobile technologies.
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to drive program management aspects.
  • Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Advanced skills in Jira, Excel, PowerPoint, and Confluence.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize telemetry and observability tools such as New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, and Quantum Metric.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, working effectively with Product Managers, other TPMs, Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Engineers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
