We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex programs and ensure successful delivery against contractual and business objectives. This role will provide strategic and tactical leadership across cross-functional teams, balancing delivery, financial, technical, and quality requirements while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

Position Responsibilities Program Leadership
  • Direct overall program performance and establish strategic and tactical objectives.
  • Lead functionally organized, cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Manage program scope, priorities, deliverables, and business objectives.
  • Ensure alignment between program activities and contractual requirements.
Project Planning & Execution
  • Identify, schedule, and manage program scope to meet delivery, financial, technical, and quality objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate complex interdepartmental projects.
  • Track project execution against established scope, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Identify potential issues and implement appropriate solutions to maintain program progress.
Risk & Performance Management
  • Maintain comprehensive Program Management Plans and Risk Registers.
  • Monitor program performance and proactively address risks and challenges.
  • Maintain accountability for program milestones, deliverables, and overall performance.
Stakeholder & Customer Management
  • Lead and participate in program reviews, configuration control, and program control meetings.
  • Support customer meetings and maintain effective communication with key stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and business partners.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Prerequisites
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant program management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong understanding of program planning, financial management, technical requirements, and quality objectives.
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
  • Strong technical, financial, and business acumen.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Willingness and ability to support on-site activities and international travel.
  • Experience working with global customers preferred.
Certifications (Preferred, but not Required)
