Job description

Job title: Program Manager – Injection Plastics

Location: Novi, MI -Hybrid (3 days onsite/2 remote after training)

Duration: Direct Hire


We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead automotive plastic programs from development through production launch.


Key Requirements:

• 5–10+ years of automotive Program Management experience

• Tier 1 automotive supplier experience

• Experience managing programs from kickoff through launch/SOP

• Injection-molded plastic experience — IP, door trim, consoles, fascias, etc.

• Strong knowledge of PPAP, APQP, testing, tooling & launch processes

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing timing, cost, quality & delivery

• Toyota experience strongly preferred; Ford/GM is a plus

• Engineering/technical degree preferred
