Lead Programs That Strengthen the Power Distribution Industry

PowerPro 360, a division of Good Place Holdings, is looking for an experiencedAssetPro Program Manager to lead strategic programs and initiatives that support our mission of providing the tools necessary to maintain a safe, predictable, and unfailing power distribution system.

This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing program initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader and organized strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, teams, stakeholders, budgets, and priorities while driving measurable results.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple project teams and cross-project initiatives to maximize productivity and return on investment.
  • Identify key requirements and resources needed from internal teams and external vendors.
  • Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets while ensuring programs deliver against established business objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities across multiple projects and develop strategies to address them.
  • Monitor program performance and provide clear, meaningful reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Develop program assessment processes to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Support change management and performance evaluation initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an advanced management role, preferably with program or project management experience.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, facilitation, and time-management skills.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, projects, and deadlines.

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing.
