We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and drive organizational change.
 
Position Details
  • Role: Program Manager
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote with onsite days; required onsite onboarding in Hillsboro, OR)
  • Location: Hillsboro, OR (Local or willing to commute/relocate)
  • Commitment: ~30 hours/week
  • Interview Process: MS Teams (PST)
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Change & UAT: Drive Organizational Change Management (OCM) and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for a major IT system upgrade.
  • Project Governance: Maintain complex timelines, critical paths, risk logs, and decision tracking.
  • Resource & Capacity Tracking: Monitor team allocation and deliver biweekly status and capacity reports.
  • Vendor & Team Liaison: Coordinate effectively between technical teams, lab staff, and vendors.
Key Position Requirements
 
Primary Requirements:
  • Active PMP Certification (PMI required)
  • State Government IT project management experience
  • Office 365 proficiency & PMBOK methodology expertise
  • Strong hybrid/remote collaboration & communication skills
Preferred Experience:
  • Project Management or OCM experience in a Laboratory, Clinical Care, or Healthcare setting.
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
