As a Program Manager at JLL, you will lead strategic real estate initiatives that shape transformative outcomes for our clients. This role positions you at the forefront of complex program delivery, where you'll orchestrate multiple concurrent projects while maintaining unwavering focus on quality, timeline, and budget excellence. What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive program strategies in partnership with client and JLL stakeholders for strategic real estate project portfolios
  • Engage with client stakeholders to maintain program alignment, communicate progress updates, and resolve escalations with strategic thinking and consultative approach
  • Monitor and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of all program deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Track and report on program and project performance metrics, maintaining accountability for outcomes and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Implement and adhere to Project Management Center of Excellence best practices, standards, and methodologies to ensure consistent quality delivery
  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks while serving as the primary escalation point for problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Manage program scope changes, identify opportunities for change orders, and execute scope modifications to maximize client value
  • Maintain comprehensive program documentation and ensure compliance with best practice standards and centralized storage requirements

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven program oversight experience managing multiple concurrent programs, each containing multiple large budget complex projects
  • Experience successfully resolving client escalations and managing diverse stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
  • Ability to navigate program-level oversight, data management, and reporting responsibilities simultaneously
  • Consultative mindset with strategic thinking capabilities and problem-solving expertise. Ability to see the high level program oversite details, as well as the small details of each project in the program.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, PMBOK, or Program Management Professional (PgMP)
  • Advanced degree in relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with project performance metrics including cost performance index (CPI), schedule performance index (SPI), and earned value management
  • Track record of successful scope management and change order execution in complex real estate environments
  • Experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, or facilities management
  • LEED certification or other sustainability credentials
  • Experience working in matrix organizational structures and cross-functional team environments

Estimated compensation for this position:

120,000.00 - 150,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
