ยท Working in an office environment, youโ€™ll be making the magic happen by supporting the execution of customer programs across aerospace, defense, medical, and advanced industrial markets. Working alongside senior program leadership, you will assist in coordinating projects from contract award through delivery, ensuring alignment across cost, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates closely with engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams, offering an excellent opportunity to grow program management skills within a fast-paced, high-mix manufacturing environment.

Brief job summary:

ยท Support Program Managers with the day-to-day execution of assigned programs, including coordinating schedules, deliverables, and internal resources

ยท Communicate with customers to provide status updates and ensure strong ongoing relationships

ยท Track and report on program performance metrics, including on-time delivery, quality, and cost

ยท Assist with contract administration activities such as scope tracking and change management

ยท Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain) to ensure alignment and timely execution

ยท Identify potential risks and support mitigation planning efforts

ยท Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and customer-facing updates, while maintaining accurate documentation in ERP/MRP and program management systems

Qualifications:

ยท Program Management or Project Coordination experience is a must
