Location: Hurlburt Field, FL, JBSA, TX, and Keesler AFB, MS
Job Status: Full time
Clearance: Secret
Astrion has an exciting opportunity coming up for aProgram Manager to join our team and support the 39th Information Operations Squadron (39 IOS) located at Hurlburt Field, FL.
We are preparing to hire for Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels. We anticipate a start date in July 2026.
Cyber Operations Formal Training Support III (CyOFTS III) is a Cyber Schoolhouse program supporting delivery, development, and sustainment of cyber training across operationally relevant mission sets. The team supports instruction, curriculum and content development, training operations, and program execution at multiple Air Force and joint training locations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS
  • Active secret clearance with the ability to attain TS/SCI
  • Education and experience will depend on the labor category level.
    • Previous PM experience is required.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Experience leading teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform program management-like duties in support of CyOFTS III program execution.
  • Provide senior-level program management support consistent with the SME experience requirement.
  • Coordinate program activities and deliverables across assigned site(s) in support of training operations.
  • Support planning, tracking, and reporting activities appropriate to the Program Manager labor category level.
  • You will identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the contract program life cycle and coordinate with the COR, Primary Contracting Officer (PCO), and Government Program Manager (GPM) prior to making decisions that will cause deterioration of the contract program, related to resource allocation, cost and schedule.
  • You will develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident; seek assistance from the COR/GPM, COR Supervisor, Deputy Director, Technical Advisor, and Operations Officer in resolving schedule and budget problems as they arise.
  • You will be supporting, communicating, reinforcing, and defending the mission, values, and culture of the organization; providing metrics and analysis to support forward-looking decision making based on data; providing program status reports/metrics and briefings to the COR/GPM as required by the PWS will be your responsibility.
