We're seeking a Manager, Agile Program Management tochampion Agile best practices, lead high-performing teams, and deliver complex enterprise programs that create measurable business value.
  • Pay Rate Range - $90-95/HR ON W2 ONLY

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Agile delivery across large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Drive adoption of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other Agile frameworks
  • Partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coach teams, remove obstacles, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Track Agile performance metrics and guide organizational transformation efforts

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Agile project/program management or Agile transformation experience
  • Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean-Agile principles
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs
  • Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and coaching skills
  • Agile certifications such as CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC are a plus
