Job description

Mayvin is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to support the Capability Program Executive Intelligence and Spectrum Warfare (CPE ISW), formally known as Program Executive Office (PEO) Intelligence, Electronic, Warfare, and Sensors (IEW&S) Headquarters (HQ). The PM will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all contract support activities to ensure successful program performance in support of mission objectives.

The PM will direct personnel and resources, maintain workforce stability, and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements while collaborating with Government stakeholders, corporate leadership, and subcontractor partners to deliver high-quality services and maintain alignment with mission priorities.

This position is pending contract award. This position is also PART-TIME.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall program leadership and management for all contract task areas, including program management, executive support, human resources, legal support, and security operations, ensuring alignment with contract objectives and mission requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with the Government, including the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Contracting Officer (CO), and other designated stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and coordination throughout contract performance
  • Lead the contract phase-in process, ensuring a structured transition and fully staffed within the required 60-day period
  • Oversee program execution and quality assurance, ensuring all deliverables, services, and performance standards meet or exceed contract requirements and Government expectations
  • Manage program risk, financial performance, and compliance, ensuring adherence to contract terms, labor category qualifications, and applicable federal regulations
  • Provide regular performance reporting and program updates to Government stakeholders, including status reports, briefings, and performance metrics
  • Coordinate activities across corporate support teams, subcontractors, and mission partners to deliver integrated, efficient, and responsive support to the Government
  • Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including task order instructions, labor category qualifications, security requirements, and Government operational standards

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • A minimum 14 years’ experience managing government programs is required of which one (1) year must be supervisory or A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing government programs, of which one (1) year must be supervisory, is acceptable for candidates possessing a PMP certification
