RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Irving, TX that is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager. The Delivery Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology solutions, ensuring execution within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. This role partners with cross-functional teams, engineering, product management, program management, and executive stakeholders to drive planning, execution, risk management, and delivery excellence. The ideal candidate will have delivery management, project management, strategic planning, scheduling, scope management, and dependency tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of projects, products, and technology initiatives from planning through release
* Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource strategies aligned with business objectives
* Drive planning using backward-planning techniques to identify critical milestones, dependencies, and delivery paths
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders
* Establish and maintain schedules, release plans, roadmaps, and execution timelines
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, hardware, software, QA, operations, product management, and external partners
* Identify and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans
* Drive accountability to ensure commitments are met and objectives achieved
* Facilitate planning sessions, status reviews, steering meetings, and executive updates
* Manage competing priorities and negotiate trade-offs to optimize delivery outcomes
* Ensure alignment between business goals, technical requirements, and delivery commitments
* Support release readiness activities, including validation, deployment planning, and communication
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, planning methodologies, and execution efficiency
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
* Proven experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Project Management roles
Strong expertise in:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
