## Program Management SETAApplylocations: US - MD, Bethesdatime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: 42728**Job Family:**Program Management (PRO)**Travel Required:**Up to 10%**Clearance Required:**Active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph**What You Will Do:**The Program Management SETA (PM SETA) provides endโ€toโ€end support across the full research program lifecycleโ€”including development, source selection, execution, closeout, and transitionโ€”while taking a leadership role in the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of financial and programmatic data. Each PM SETA may support up one or multiple programs and serves as a primary point of contact for our client Program Managers by coordinating with research performers, test and evaluation contributors, and transition organizations.Core responsibilities include developing and managing spend plans, generating funding documentation, preparing financial briefings, overseeing performance against plan, identifying and resolving budget variances, and providing comprehensive administrative and lifecycle support such as document review, data and records management, meeting coordination, and logistics.This role requires 5 days a week on client site in Bethesda, MD.**What You Will Need:*** An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a polygraph* Bachelorโ€™s degree* ONE (1) or more yearsโ€™ of experience program finance, program control, and/or program management.
