We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Sr. Program Manager to join our organization. In this role, you will spearhead Crate and Barrel's strategic Warehouse Modernization initiative, driving our Supply Chain capabilities from initial discovery through full-scale delivery to position the organization for accelerated growth. In this high-impact role, you will lead cross-functional teams through complex lifecycles, cultivate organizational agility through agile frameworks, and deliver clear, data-driven insights to executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for enterprise WMS implementations, exceptional cross-functional leadership, a passion for executing high quality work, and driving organizational agility and continuous improvement.

A day in the life as a Senior Technical Program Manager...
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the Warehouse Modernization and Transportation Modernization strategic initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Monitor overall program progress, manage interdependencies, identify and mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive status reports to stakeholders, including leadership
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and make data-driven decisions to optimize project outcomes
  • Partner closely with product management, engineering, and design leadership from discovery through delivery and execution
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of program management and agile best practices across the organization
  • Lead large cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
  • Mentor other program managers or agile practitioners within the organization
  • Facilitate complex planning sessions and problem-solving workshops
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program execution and agile practices
What you'll bring to the table...
  • Hands-on functional experience leading, or managing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and broader Supply Chain Execution solutions (e.g., TMS, YMS, ERP integrations)
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing, scaling, and managing cloud-native/SaaS solutions from either the software vendor or client side, with deep familiarity with SaaS release cycles and configuration models
  • Deep expertise in program & agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
  • Strong executive communication & influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership
  • Advanced stakeholder management capabilities across various levels and functions
  • Proven delivery management skills for complex programs
  • Ability to manage program scope, budget, timelines, and quality effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and dependency management skills
