We are looking for a Program Manager to help build the next generation of our Operational Excellence program, PowerUP. PowerUP is a modern framework that builds skills to accelerate business outcomes, combining systems thinking, Agile, LSS disciplines, and generative AI into a fast, application-driven approach.

You will be a central contributor to PowerUP and support the broader VISTA program by modernizing training content, facilitating high‑impact learning experiences, coaching participants through improvement work, and driving adoption across the enterprise.

You will report to the VP, Productivity and Transformation.

You\'ll have the opportunity to:

Lead PowerUP Training Programs

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of PowerUP training programs, curricula, and learning assets.
  • Modernize Operational Excellence training by incorporating practical GenAI, automation, and the latest agentic concepts in ways that are grounded, usable, and tied to results.
  • Ensure PowerUP content aligns with Experian\'s priorities and guides measurable capability and performance outcomes.
  • Apply data‑driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and inform program enhancements.
  • Leverage AI‑enabled tools and digital learning solutions to improve scalability, personalization, and learner engagement.
  • Work with global and regional partners to align PowerUP with enterprise learning strategies and important events.
  • Gather participant feedback, assess learning impact, and refine content and delivery approaches based on outcomes and needs.

Enable Capability Building

  • Deliver engaging, high‑impact PowerUP training sessions across multiple formats, including in‑person, virtual, and blended learning experiences.
  • Build continuous improvement capability across the organization by providing employees with practical tools, methods, and applied problem‑solving skills.
  • Create a high‑quality learner experience that reflects Experian\'s standards and PowerUP brand.
  • Stay current on leading practices in Operational Excellence, adult learning, GenAI, and enablement, and thoughtfully apply those insights to training delivery.

Support Certification Journeys

  • Coach PowerUP candidates throughout their certification journey.
  • Review and evaluate CPI/LSS projects to ensure understanding of PowerUP standards and business impact.
  • Provide clear, constructive feedback to strengthen problem‑solving capability and project outcomes.
  • Support a culture of accountability, learning, and new ideas through coaching and reinforcement.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, transformation, capability building, training, or related disciplines.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (Master Black Belt preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience coaching candidates through LSS projects and certification.
  • Experience developing or promoting learning programs across global and matrixed organizations.
  • Experience designing and improving training curricula, learning journeys, workshop content, and facilitator materials.
  • Facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, cross‑functional audiences.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into practical, applicable learning experiences.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness.
  • Experience with AI and its application in learning and development, with the ability to use the latest tools to enhance training delivery and outcomes.
  • Bachelor\'s degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
