Responsibilities:
โ€ข Maintain the overall program schedule and milestone tracking tools to track progress, working with delivery leads and project managers for each track
โ€ข Coordinate cross project activities, developing and controlling deadlines and activities while applying change, risk and resource management
โ€ข Support weekly Program Status Report generation (accomplishments, in progress, risks, issues, metrics) and Monthly Steering Committee communication
โ€ข Facilitate weekly / monthly manager / leadership meetings
โ€ข Manage Program level Risk and Issue Management process.
โ€ข Support project controls and communications
โ€ข Develop new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization
โ€ข Develop program and project management processes and metrics
โ€ข Utilizing standard program management processes/tools, assess program status and provide recommendations and execute on course corrections as needed (don't just measure, actively engage to fix the problem)
