Job description

About This Role

This position will be responsible for managing digital software and hardware projects within Carrier Climate Solutions Transportation (CST) business segment and ensuring that the solutions meet stakeholder requirements and proposed completion. The position will lead multi-functional digital efforts, including allocation of resources and development/monitoring of project schedules.

This role will offer a flexible hybrid schedule based out of our Beverly, MA Sensitech office.

Job Description
  • Work with product management team to organize key product specifications that meet or surpass stakeholder requirements

  • Lead development teams in requirements definition, design, development and implementation.

  • Manage cross functional teams using agile, passport or phase gate processes

  • Prepare and monitor project and resource plans.

  • Drive project success (on budget, on time) interfacing with all functions.

  • Communicate project objectives, status, and resource requirements to stakeholders and project teams

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree

  • 7+ years of experience in program/project management

  • 4+ years of experience in hardware or software development

Preferred Qualifications
  • NPI/DNPI experience

  • PMP Certification a plus

  • Strong project/program management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to interact with diverse teams, including international team members

  • Ability to manage multiple, sometimes conflicting priorities

  • Strong project management tool knowledge and practical application experience

  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively drive project execution

  • Strong understanding of hardware and software development life cycles

Pay Range

The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.

Other Compensation

This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
