Job Summary

Equinix Incubation builds agentic systems that support the software delivery lifecycle through specialized AI agents, human oversight, and enterprise-grade governance.

As a Manager, Technology Program Management, you will lead delivery operations, business management, and program governance across the Incubation organization. You will be responsible for driving planning, execution, reporting, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

You will partner closely with engineering, product, finance, and leadership teams to establish operational excellence, provide actionable program insights, and enable the organization to scale efficiently while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities

Program Delivery and Execution

  • Manage delivery operations across multiple engineering and product teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, milestones, and outcomes

  • Establish and maintain operating cadences, including sprint planning, backlog management, dependency tracking, and cross-functional coordination

  • Identify, assess, and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies while driving timely resolution and escalation when required

  • Coordinate major releases, pilots, workshops, and cross-team initiatives to ensure successful execution

  • Monitor delivery progress and maintain visibility into critical paths, milestones, and key decisions

  • Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, team effectiveness, and execution discipline

Business Operations and Financial Management

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, headcount planning, and resource allocation activities in partnership with leadership and finance teams

  • Track program expenditures, vendor engagements, platform costs, and operational investments against approved plans

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to optimize resource utilization and investment decisions

  • Support procurement, contracting, and vendor management processes to ensure operational effectiveness

  • Develop funding proposals, business reviews, and governance materials for executive stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate reporting and operational metrics that support planning and decision-making

Reporting and Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and maintain program dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics to enable effective decision-making

  • Deliver concise, accurate, and actionable status reporting for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, dependencies, and key decisions

  • Maintain governance documentation, decision logs, action tracking, and program records

  • Serve as a trusted point of coordination and communication across engineering, product, finance, leadership, and partner teams

  • Facilitate stakeholder alignment through structured communication and transparent reporting

Operational Excellence and AI-First Ways of Working

  • Drive adoption of automation, tooling, and process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual effort

  • Leverage AI-enabled capabilities and program management tools to streamline reporting, tracking, documentation, and workflow management

  • Continuously evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements that enhance delivery effectiveness and organizational scalability

  • Promote data-driven decision-making through delivery analytics, operational metrics, and program insights

  • Champion efficient operating practices that allow teams to focus on high-value work and strategic outcomes

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven years of experience in technology program management, delivery management, or related roles within software, platform, or technology organizations

  • Proven experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and dependencies

  • Strong expertise in agile delivery methodologies, program governance, risk management, and operational planning

  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and financial reporting

  • Advanced proficiency with Jira and related program management, planning, and reporting tools

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting executive stakeholders

  • Experience incorporating AI-enabled tools and automation into day-to-day program management practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting incubation, transformation, innovation, or emerging technology programs

  • Experience working with executive governance forums, investment processes, and funding reviews

  • Experience building and managing operational dashboards, performance reporting, and delivery analytics

  • PMP, SAFe, Agile, or equivalent program management certification

  • Experience working within AI, cloud, platform engineering, developer productivity, or technology platform organizations

United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual

Poland - Warsaw Office WAO : 223,000 - 368,000 PLN / Annual

Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 131,000 - 181,000 CAD / Annual

Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
