The Program Manager will serve as a key leader responsible for overseeing complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This position requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, resources, budgets, risks, and competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities


Program Leadership & Execution

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
  • Develop comprehensive program plans, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, Electrical Sector, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex programs, projects, or operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience developing reports, proposals, and executive-level communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
