We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Scientist to join our growing In Vivo CAR-T Cell Therapy team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of our in vivo CAR-T platform and pipeline by leveraging expertise in cellular immunotherapy, virology, and immunology. This role requires scientific excellence, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in solid tumor team's routine drug development candidate selection to support pipeline development.
  • Participate in the development of new in-house enabling technology for solid tumor, including new armor design and testing, in vitro model development, assay development, single cell characterization.
  • Propose new initiatives for solid tumor in vivo CAR-T and work with cross-functional team for execution.

Requirements
  • Recent PhD graduate (within the last 5 years) in Biological Sciences, Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Cell Biology, or related life sciences discipline.
  • 2-3 years of research experience (academic or industry); life sciences or translational research experience preferred.
  • Experience in Cell Therapy for solid tumor is preferred
  • Demonstrated record of scientific rigor, innovation, drive and analytical skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The base pay range below is what Legend Biotech USA Inc. reasonably expects to offer at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify this range as needed and in accordance with applicable laws.
Other Types of Pay: Performance-based bonus and/or equity is available to employees in eligible roles.

$127,313-$147,099 USD
