Job description

Objective/Purpose
  • Provide program management leadership for complex Medical programs (asset-level), translating strategies into executable plans with milestones, deliverables, and accountabilities.
  • Partner with Medical and cross-functional teams to execute program plans across functions and regions.
  • Maintain execution discipline via milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and issue escalation.
  • Apply Medical PMO standards/tools for consistent, transparent execution.
Scope
  • Lead end-to-end execution: integrated plans, milestone tracking, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Convert strategy into workplans; ensure clarity on roles, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Provide structured program updates and stakeholder reporting (milestones, risks, dependencies, progress).
  • Facilitate governance meetings; prepare agendas, document decisions, and track actions.
  • Identify/track/manages program risks/issues; develop mitigations and elevate as needed.
  • Support prioritization and re-planning; adapt to changes while maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Track/consolidate program budget/resources; coordinate visibility with Finance.
  • Adopt standardized PMO tools/templates; drive incremental execution improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree + 5–7 years in regulated pharma/biotech/healthcare; lead complex global asset-level programs.
  • Experience partnering with Medical/cross-functional leaders in matrixed organizations to translate strategy into executable plans.
  • Preferred: PMP, Agile, change management (or comparable credentials).
  • Strengths: program insight/integration, leadership communication, stakeholder influence, PMO contribution, digital enablement mindset.
