Job Summary
 
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager / Program Manager – HVAC & Building Automation to lead the successful execution of multiple projects and programs within the HVAC and Automation domain. This role is responsible for managing programs from deal closure through final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with customer expectations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary operational contact for customers, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and program profitability throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities 
  • Manage and lead multiple projects/programs simultaneously from deal closure through completion.
  • Direct, motivate, and hold multidisciplinary project teams accountable for achieving project goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers.
  • Manage shared customer relationships in partnership with Account Managers.
  • Act as the customer advocate within the organization.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and overall program profitability.
  • Identify, prepare, and communicate scope changes in collaboration with Account Managers.
  • Develop and execute mid- to long-term program strategies with Commercial Development and Account Management teams.
  • Define and manage all customer communications, project milestones, lessons learned sessions, and contract closeout/decommissioning activities.
  • Establish and maintain effective internal and external governance structures.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination among internal stakeholders.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the development of project team members.
  • Utilize strong cross-functional collaboration to drive successful program execution.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure delivery aligns with agreed objectives.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related leadership role.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and programs within HVAC, Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, scope management, budgeting, scheduling, and profitability management.
  • Experience managing customer relationships and serving as a primary customer-facing representative.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrix organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, manage ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
