Now Hiring: Process Improvement Engineer | Greater Rockford Area
The TRG Growth Practice is partnering with a growing global manufacturer to identify a Process Improvement Enginee r to lead quality problem solving strategy and continuous improvement tool usage across two high impact sites both located near their midwestern hub. This is a high-impact role within a growing division that will provide a tremendous amount of upside and growth within the business
This is a highly visible role within a business unit experiencing significant growth and investment. The successful candidate will work closely with plant leadership to improve processes, eliminate inefficiencies, solve complex manufacturing challenges, and support long-term operational performance.
Desired Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Experience within manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, continuous improvement, or a related manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a natural curiosity and desire to improve processes.
  • Experience utilizing structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, DMAIC, Kaizen, PDCA, or similar continuous improvement tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
