Technical Proposal Manager

QxBranch is seeking a seasoned proposal manager to provide commercial technical proposal support to the engineering sales team and company leadership.

The proposal manager will be responsible for leading and managing the proposal development process for a range of QxBranch business opportunities. In this role, you will work with the Business Development team to manage leads, track proposal opportunities, production support, coordinating technical and program management input, drafting and refining content and delivering winning proposals.

You must be able to craft compelling technical proposal content, with excellent communication and language skills to create concise and persuasive proposals under deadlines. You will analyze proposal requirements and business needs with close attention to detail and understand what is needed to meet the proposal requirements. You will manage end-to-end process including intake, planning, drafting, final production and delivery. Acute attention to detail, creativity and flexibility are vital, as is an affirmative attitude.

Responsibilities:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Identify win themes and competitive positioning

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Coordinate with the marketing team on targeted industry initiatives

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Business, Financial, or Technology related BA/BS bachelor's degree required.

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  A track record of successful proposal writing, with submissions that were selected for award

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  The ability to effectively execute the proposal development process and can articulate, in detail, what an effective proposal should look like

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Strategic thinker, who keeps current on the latest marketing trends

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Excellent communication and organizational skills

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Ability to work with minimum supervision and display strong self-initiative

ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย  Experience building proposal templates, compliance matrices, and other proposal development tools
