Workforce Solutions partners directly with teams looking to hire top talent. We are currently working with a multi-entity, family-owned restaurant group in the Wisconsin Dells to find an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.
What's the role?
The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position involves overseeing all front-of-house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What will I do day to day?
  • Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, to uphold service standards.
  • Coordinate shift management, ensuring adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
  • Oversee catering operations and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to create a welcoming atmosphere.
