The Quality Engineer will collaborate to shape and maintain quality standards, risk analysis and continuous improvement practices along with the highest standards of excellence.
Quality Engineer Responsibilities:
  • Lead and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout manufacturing, testing, and final inspection of power transformers
  • Manage supplier quality, audits, and corrective action processes
  • Analyze quality data, drive root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement measures
  • Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and utility-specific requirements
  • Act as key quality interface for internal teams, customers, and external auditors

Requirements
  • Degree in engineering, quality management, or equivalent technical qualification
  • Several years of experience in quality management within power transformers or heavy electrical equipment
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and industrial manufacturing processes
  • Experience with supplier quality management and audit processes
