Job Description:
Join a collaborative analytics and technology team as a Power Platform Developer, where you will design and deliver solutions that transform business processes through data, automation, and low-code platforms. In this role, you will work heavily within Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps to create scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision-making. You will partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to solve complex problems and modernize workflows through innovative Power Platform capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related tools).
  • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards, working with complex datasets across multiple sources and structures.
  • Perform data transformations and create seamless reporting experiences using DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze processes and identify automation and reporting opportunities.
  • Build and enhance Power Apps to support workflow automation and business operations.
  • Document technical designs, processes, and solutions to support long-term maintainability.
  • Collaborate across teams during development, testing, and deployment to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications and reporting solutions.
  • Contribute to best practices and governance standards for Power Platform development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in software development, analytics, or Power Platform development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI, including complex data modeling, joins, and visualizations.
  • Experience with Power Automate and Power Apps development and maintenance.
  • Understanding of data transformation, APIs, and integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $46 - $68 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
