Job Description

Leverage Microsoft Power Platform solutions to enhance risk management processes through automation, reporting, workflow optimization, and data analytics. Develop and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reporting, and related Microsoft 365 solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, and risk oversight. Support risk management activities including issue management, process reviews, change initiatives, regulatory compliance, and audit support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting solutions to support risk management and operational processes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and reporting capabilities.
  • Analyze, reconcile, and maintain risk data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and effective management reporting.
  • Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and develop sustainable solutions to improve data quality.
  • Support risk oversight activities, business initiatives, and process reviews by identifying risks and recommending control enhancements.
  • Support risk event management, including root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and implementation of mitigating controls.
  • Serve as a liaison between Risk Management, business partners, and technology teams to facilitate issue resolution and drive process improvements.
  • Assist with regulatory inquiries, audits, and examinations by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Provide support for risk management programs, including self-monitoring, process change controls, and other governance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent (4-years)
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Post-secondary education and relevant work experience may be interchanged to meet the combined total years of minimum required qualifications for education and experience.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 services.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong process improvement, workflow automation, and business analysis skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of operational risk management, issue management, controls, audit, compliance, or regulatory environments.
  • Understanding of financial services, broker-dealer operations, SEC/FINRA regulations, or risk management practices preferred.

In-Office Collaboration

We are a client-centric, relationship-based business. Working together, in-person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Our employees work in the office at least four (4) days per week, with flexibility to work from home one (1) day per week. Some roles may require additional in-office time or different in-office expectations, and specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $76,300-114,400/year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation maybe based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. We also have a competitive and comprehensive benefits program that supports all aspects of your health and well-being, including but not limited to vacation time, sick time, 401(k), and health, dental and life insurances.
