Job description

Job Description: As the Senior Manager, Portfolio Growth Finance, you will act as the strategic financial co-pilot for the Portfolio Growth Team (PGT). This role is accountable for co-creating and executing profitable long-term growth strategies and managing the Portfolio's operational and financial health. You will provide critical financial leadership, making strategic investment trade-offs to maximize sustainable growth and ensure financial delivery against commitments. You will ensure all innovation and commercial initiatives align with the Portfolio's strategic and financial objectives.

What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
  • MS/MBA is preferred.
  • 7+ years of Finance Business Partnership experience.
  • Marketing/Sales/Brand Finance experience is preferred.
  • Experience in a broad (full P&L) finance role is highly preferred.
  • CPG/Food/Bev experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated analytical and insights capabilities with advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, intermediate Power BI.
  • Strong track record of influencing senior business leaders and driving performance outcomes.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Strategic Co-Pilot: You will have primary partnership, collaboration, and co-piloting responsibilities with PGT Marketing Directors and cross-functional PGT leadership on the end-to-end strategic management process. This role is a key architect of the Portfolio's long-term value creation plan.
  • Financial Governance: This role will align the cross-functional organization, leveraging finance leadership as needed, to deliver a portfolio of projects and initiatives that meet newly designed financial frameworks, models, and hurdles designed to accelerate revenue and profit growth.
  • Performance Management: You will work cross-functionally to deliver accurate P&L analysis, expanded financial performance projections, and rigorous post-launch review analysis for all Portfolio activities. You will own the narrative of Portfolio financial performance in partnership with the PGT lead.
  • Investment Optimization: This role will design and develop robust financial models to analyze and optimize the Portfolio's portfolio and guide resource allocation. You will provide in-depth financial analysis and recommendations on key Portfolio strategies, ensuring investments are deployed against the highest value opportunities.
  • Standardization & Best Practices: You will proactively partner with other Finance Co-pilots to ensure standardized best practices are implemented, while also providing the financial leadership for the PGTs in support of portfolio development, growth, and innovation management.
  • Change Leadership: This role will drive the acclimation and adaptation of step-changed ways of working through influence, education, and training of Marketing, Cross-Functional, and One Demand Finance associates in new processes, tools, and defined best practices.
