Are you a seasoned card dealer ready to take the next step into leadership? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to fill the role of Poker Dual Rate. This position is central to the smooth and successful operation of our poker room. You will be responsible for leading and guiding the dealer team, ensuring prompt, courteous, and accurate game delivery, while also maintaining the highest standards of security and regulatory compliance.

Your core duties will involve overseeing all poker action, supervising opening and closing procedures, handling irregular play, and providing an entertaining atmosphere that keeps our guests engaged. Success in this role demands strong people management skills, meticulous attention to detail regarding game rules and payouts, and a proactive approach to guest service and safety. A minimum of one year of professional casino poker dealing experience is required.

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience dealing cards in a professional casino poker environment is mandatory.

  • Successful completion of training in the CNE Gaming Academy is required.

  • Leadership Ability: Proven ability to lead, guide, and supervise the work of other employees effectively.

  • Service Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide and maintain a high standard of guest service at all times.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to maintain a close, professional working relationship with co-workers and management.

  • Licensure: Must be able to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.

  • Driver's License: Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Supervision & Leadership: Lead and guide the work of poker dealers, providing input for staffing, performance appraisals, corrective actions, and terminations.

  • Game Operations: Supervise the opening and closing procedures of the poker room, ensuring operational readiness and closure.

  • Integrity & Security: Maintain close inspection of decks and gaming equipment, ensuring the security of table games at all times.

  • Floor Management: Oversee all action within the poker room and promptly report any irregular or suspicious play to Poker Management.

  • Guest Service & Compliance: Assist guests in playing, ensuring their adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures for fair play.

  • Dealing Expertise: Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing services when necessary, maintaining precise counts and payouts.

  • Safety Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and procedures and report any potential safety hazards to the Table Games Manager.
