Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for golf course grounds, including mowing, edging, and trimming
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tee boxes, fairways, and greens
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of golf course equipment and amenities
• Implement pest control and irrigation programs
• Collaborate with the golf course superintendent and team to execute maintenance plans
• Conduct routine inspections and report any hazards or issues
• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping preferred
• Knowledge of turf management and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
