Job description

Job Desription:
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-focused Paramedic to support an occupational medicine clinic located on an active industrial pipeline construction project. The successful candidate will provide on-site medical care, injury assessment, first aid, emergency response, and occupational health support for construction personnel working in a demanding industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency medical response and stabilization of injured or ill workers.
  • Conduct occupational health assessments and evaluate work-related injuries.
  • Deliver first aid and basic clinical care within the scope of practice.
  • Maintain accurate patient care reports and medical documentation.
  • Conduct health screenings and vital sign assessments as required.
  • Ensure medical equipment, supplies, and emergency response resources remain operational and stocked.
  • Support site safety initiatives and participate in emergency preparedness planning.
  • Coordinate with project management, safety personnel, and external healthcare providers when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Current Paramedic certification/licensure.
  • Current BLS, ACLS, and other applicable certifications.
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote industrial setting.
  • Occupational medicine, construction, industrial, or remote-site medical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and workplace health and safety practices is an asset.
