Our client, a leading provider of customized Business Process Management (BPM) software solutions, is hiring junior level developers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

The Junior Pega Robotic Developer will work as part of a core development team of architects, developers, and systems analysts supporting a wide range of enterprise level business process management applications. If you have a solid understanding of Java\/object oriented programming, the drive to quickly learn new technologies, and require a high growth potential opportunity, this role is ideal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Support and develop scalable Pega applications.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Manage configuration of <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) components<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Build fundamental system components such as UI, workflows, services, reports, activities logs, and decision rules<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform quality functions (e.g. debug, fix, and unit testing) as part of the development, and collaborate with testing team in functional and integration testing<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Integrate system components (services, connectors, etc.), frameworks, reporting, agents, authentication, rule resolution, etc.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Plan, process, and perform all jobs\/tasks in an efficiently<\/span><\/span>  <\/span><\/span><\/span>with minimum assistance<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Maintain IT development standards and best practices<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    •    Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    Good knowledge on Object Oriented Programming Concepts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    Familiar with standards and best practices for web development.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    Familiar with callbacks, event handlers, and functional programming.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    Experience debugging scripts in browser.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    XML, HTML, AJAX, Servlets, JavaScript<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    •    Java EE Architecture Familiarity\/Knowledge<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
