Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking an experiencedAccounts Payable Managerto lead the full-cycle AP function. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day AP processes, strengthening vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements. Experience in the property management industry and familiarity with systems such as Yardi, RealPage, or MRI is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee theend-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and payments
  • Maintain and managevendor relationships, including onboarding, inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Assist withaudit preparationand provide necessary documentation to auditors
  • Identify and implementprocess improvementsto enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Monitor AP aging and ensure timely payments
  • Collaborate with accounting and property management teams to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows
Qualifications
