The AIM-9X development and integration portfolio of programs is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support a portfolio of development and integration contracts. This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and program execution throughout the program lifecycle—from contract startup through contract closeout. The position serves as a financial point of contact for assigned AIM‑9X programs and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, operations, program management, supply chain, and contracts to support program execution and financial reporting. The position requires regular onsite collaboration with program teams and coordination with multiple functional organizations.

What You Will Do
  • Execute monthly and quarterly contract deliverables.
  • Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers (IOTs) with partner business units, ensuring funding and scope are accurately documented.
  • Develop and maintain monthly financial forecasts using RPlan.
  • Perform financial analysis to support compliant cost collection and program execution.
  • Support program startup, execution, forecasting, reporting, and contract closeout activities.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Supply Chain, and other functional organizations supporting AIM‑9X.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyses, and presentations for program reviews and management.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience organizing, preparing, and presenting information to management and peers.
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing financial data.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance .
