· Collaborate with Brand and Content Marketing to amplify key campaigns, promotions, and company messaging.

· Partner with sales teams to evaluate lead quality and identify opportunities to improve targeting.

· Prepare performance reports and communicate results, challenges, and recommended improvements to leadership.

· Serve as a liaison between local branch leadership and the broader regional marketing strategy.

· Work with branch leadership to identify local advertising needs, priorities, promotions, events, and market opportunities.

· Help coordinate, prepare, set up, and represent the company at assigned local branch events.

· Coordinate event-related advertising, signage, displays, printed materials, promotional items, and vendor support.

· Own and maintain the assigned local branch marketing budget.

· Track local marketing expenses and complete monthly budget reconciliation.

· Ensure branch advertising and marketing expenses remain within approved budgets.

· Provide branch leadership and regional marketing leadership with clear budget and performance reporting.

· Stay current on changes to advertising platforms, privacy requirements, attribution practices, and media trends.

· Ability to analyze campaign data and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, vendors, deadlines, markets, and budgets.

· Ability to communicate effectively with branch leadership, internal teams, media representatives, and outside partners.

· Understanding of how marketing performance connects to lead quality, sales activity, and revenue.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate reporting and budget reconciliation.

· Willingness to attend, set up, and support local events as needed, including occasional evening or weekend events.

Preferred Experience

· Experience with YouTube, display, programmatic, or remarketing campaigns.

· Experience managing OTT/CTV advertising.

· Experience planning traditional media, including radio, outdoor, print, and sponsorships.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM reporting, call tracking, and dashboard tools.

· Experience managing and reconciling local or regional marketing budgets.

· Experience supporting branch events, community engagement, sponsorships, or local-market advertising.

· Experience in construction, manufacturing, homebuilding, building materials, or another lead-driven industry.

· Experience managing advertising across multiple locations, markets, or business divisions.
