Job Title: Social Media Manager โ€“ Organic Growth

About the Role

We build things that last - roofs, relationships, and a reputation earned one job at a time. Now we're looking for a content-first Social Media Manager to take everything happening on our job sites and turn it into organic growth that converts.


What You'll Own

  • Manage and grow all social channels - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube - with a focus on organic reach
  • Build and execute a monthly content calendar showcasing our work, our people, and our expertise
  • Shoot, direct, and edit short-form video content for Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts - start to finish
  • Design on-brand graphics, stories, and post layouts
  • Write compelling captions with SEO-optimized copy and CTAs that drive engagement and leads
  • Monitor and actively engage with followers - comments, DMs, and reviews - to build a loyal community
  • Stay current on algorithm shifts, trending audio, and emerging formats and adapt fast
  • Coordinate with field crews to capture authentic, in-the-moment jobsite content
  • Track and report on KPIs monthly: follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and lead attribution
  • Run A/B tests on content formats, posting times, and copy to continuously improve performance

Requirements

  • 2+ years managing social media for a brand or agency
  • Proven organic growth track record - bring the numbers
  • Video editing proficiency (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
  • Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, or Adobe Express)
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn algorithms
  • Ability to create content in fast-paced, outdoor jobsite environments
  • Understanding of YouTube SEO and long-form caption strategy
  • Proficient with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, and similar tools
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain brand voice
  • Self-starter who owns their deadlines without micromanagement

Bonus Points

  • Experience in construction, roofing, trades, or home services
  • Photography skills or drone footage experience
