Job description

You'll own the order execution process for every client request that comes through the door-turning signed agreements into accurate, on-time, compliant bookings that set clients up for a smooth installation and a strong start to the relationship. This isn't a passive support function; you're the quality control that ensures clients get exactly what they ordered, when they ordered it, with nothing lost in translation.
The work itself is measured by the client outcome: did the order go through cleanly, did installation have what they needed, did revenue get booked correctly. You'll be the last line of defense against errors that would otherwise show up as a bad client experience or a scramble at quarter close.
If you want to learn deep expertise in deal structuring, quoting systems, and the mechanics of how SaaS revenue actually gets made-and do it in a role where your impact on the client experience is direct and visible-this is your role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the intake and processing of contract adjustments from submission through order booking, following established workflows to ensure every transaction is handled accurately and on time.
  • Provision purchased subscriptions and entitlements in the platform following order booking, verifying that feature configurations match exactly what the customer contracted for.
  • Validate deal requests against internal policy and approval requirements, routing transactions appropriately and flagging exceptions for senior review.
  • Ensure quoting records are complete, accurate, and up to date-including opportunity data, product configurations, and order details-so downstream reporting and booking are never compromised by bad data.
  • Monitor open deal queues, proactively escalating blockers before they threaten close dates.
  • Execute month-end and quarter-end close checklists, including deal audits, booking reconciliation, and order documentation review, ensuring the team closes clean every period.
  • Contributing to a knowledge base that makes the whole team faster and less dependent on tribal knowledge.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-3 years of experience in Deal Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Demonstrated experience quoting with speed, efficiency and accuracy within Salesforce CRM and at least one CPQ platform (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Conga).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple open deals simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated understanding of SaaS deal structures, subscription pricing models, and contract fundamentals.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for rapid learning, applying new processes, systems, and information in fast-paced or evolving environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate independently while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.
Benefits:
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Health Savings Account
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Telehealth
  • 401(k) and 401(k) match
  • Life and AD&D insurance
  • Short-Term and Long-Term Disability
  • FTO or PTO
  • Employee Well-Being program
  • 11 paid holidays plus 1 inclusive holiday per year
  • Volunteer Time Off
  • Employee Referral program
  • Education Reimbursement Program
  • Employee Recognition and Appreciation program
  • Additional perk and voluntary benefit programs

Hourly rate is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan. The expected hiring hourly rate for this position is:
$30.53 - $38.70
