Arranges for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and successfully convince them to join.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Responsible for recruiting IT professional across the US through internet job portals - (Monster.com,Tech-Fech.com and Dice.com), direct phone sourcing, networking (LinkedIn), vendors and referrals.
Sourcing & screening the profiles for different requirements in a day.
Activities included but not limited to developing and building channel / vendor relations, understanding existing and pending client needs and closing requisitions

Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of Implementation experience in SCM Modules of Oracle E Business Suite particularly in Order Management and Oracle Quotes
  • R12 Experience is mandatory with minimum 2-3 Implementations
  • Functional Setups and Configuration of OM, Advanced Pricing, Oracle Quotes Modules.
  • Must have Implementation experience in Inventory and Purchasing related to OM processes
  • Knowledge in Oracle PIM is desirable
  • Front facing to the Customer as an OM Lead and  should lead during client Calls and business discussions
  • Responsible for gap analysis of SCM functional flows, provide solution design, perform POC's and demo for the Gaps solution from standard solution sets as well customized solutions.
  • Must have worked on providing custom solutions on OM
  • Experience in Integrating Oracle OM and Pricing module with legacy and 3rd party systems
  • Well versed with Oracle AIM's methodology
  • Must have worked on  creating Oracle documentation (BR100, BR150) and functional Specs (CF250's)
