Job description

Summary

A leading semiconductor company is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Manager to lead Salesforce administration, optimization, integrations, and strategic enhancements supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, and Customer Engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and functional expertise, along with experience in complex sales, quoting, forecasting, and Quote-to-Cash processes, preferably within semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Business, and IT teams to drive solutions, data quality, user adoption, and operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce projects and enhancements, including requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

•       Act as the primary liaison between Salesforce/IT and Sales, Marketing, and business stakeholders.

•       Manage and optimize Sales Cloud capabilities, including opportunity/pipeline management, quoting, forecasting, customer data, reporting, and dashboards.

•       Design and maintain Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems and e-commerce platforms to support end-to-end Quote-to-Cash and order management processes.

•       Develop functional/technical specifications for Salesforce customizations, Flows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations.

•       Troubleshoot Salesforce functional, data, and integration issues with internal teams and external partners.

•       Evaluate and implement Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities to improve sales efficiency, pipeline accuracy, and revenue predictability.

•       Drive user training, adoption, change management, and business process improvements.

•       Lead Salesforce release management, feature testing, and deployment of new capabilities with minimal business disruption.

•       Coordinate with Salesforce Support and internal teams to resolve service requests.

•       Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills and executive presence.

 

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

·        8+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/management experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and B2B revenue processes.

·        Strong understanding of sales, quoting, forecasting, revenue operations, and Quoteto-Cash processes.

·        Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing is highly preferred.

·        Expertise in Salesforce configuration, Flow automation, security, reporting/dashboards, and integration best practices.

·        Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems to support Quote-to-Cash and order management.

·        Experience with Pricefx, Boardwalk, Marketo, CPQ, or advanced revenue management solutions is a plus.

·        Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein AI, Agentforce, or other AI/ML capabilities is highly desirable.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively bridge technical and business teams.

·        Experience with change management, user adoption, and sales/revenue operations process re-engineering.

·        Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Integration Architecture Designer are preferred.
