Job description

Role Summary An Oracle ERP Project Manager (Supply Chain) leads the implementation, upgrade, and optimization of Oracle ERP Cloud (or Oracle E-Business Suite) supply chain modules. This role manages cross-functional teams to ensure supply chain solutions meet strategic business objectives, delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end implementation and optimization of Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, including Order Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Logistics.

  • Define project scope, deliverables, schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking using standard project management frameworks (Agile/Waterfall).

  • Gather and analyze business requirements alongside supply chain stakeholders to map out functional and technical architecture.

  • Manage vendor relationships, integration partners, and cross-functional technical teams (developers, database administrators, functional consultants).

  • Identify project risks, resolve technical/functional bottlenecks, and manage change management strategies to drive user adoption.

  • Define quality gates, oversee System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage go-live and post-implementation support activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Oracle ERP Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud SCM or Oracle EBS (Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, Supply Chain Execution).

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise ERP rollouts; PMP or PRINCE2 certification strongly preferred.

  • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain management processes, logistics, demand planning, and procurement workflows.

  • Methodologies & Tools: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall frameworks, along with tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to align technical delivery teams with C-level and business stakeholders.

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 7+ years of IT project management experience with at least 3 5 years focused on Oracle Supply Chain applications.
