The Manager, Oracle OrdertoCash (O2C) is responsible for leading, designing, and optimizing the endtoend O2C processes across the enterprise using Oracle EBusiness Suite (R12) and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. This role manages functional design, solution delivery, crossfunctional alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. The O2C Manager will partner with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external implementation partners to ensure highquality, scalable solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.

This position will serve our Enterprise Division, located in Atlanta, GA (Onsite).

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related.

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle R12 and Fusion O2C Modules (Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping execution, Accounts Receivables (AR), trade management, Install base etc.).

  • Proven experience leading at least one full lifecycle Fusion Cloud implementation for O2C.

  • Demonstrated success managing Oracle R12 to Fusion transformation or coexistence models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a functional team of analysts or consultants.

  • Strong vendor management and project governance capabilities.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including working with senior leadership.

  • Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or HVAC industry

  • Lead the endtoend Order to Cash process strategy, including order management, pricing, shipping, accounts receivable, install base, trade management, and collections etc.

  • Own the O2C process roadmap across Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with enterprise initiatives and business priorities.

  • Serve as the primary O2C process SME for business leaders and IT partners.

  • Lead and manage fullcycle implementations and upgrades for both Oracle R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud O2C modules.

  • Oversee requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and production deployment.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams on extensions, integrations, APIs, and data migration.

  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline O2C operations.

  • Drive automation using Oracle tools such as REST APIs, OIC, workflow, notifications, and FBDI templates in Fusion.

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Distribution, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to drive alignment and process governance.

  • Oversee daytoday system support for Oracle R12 and Fusion O2C modules.

  • Ensure timely resolution of production issues, root-cause analysis, and long-term fixes.
