Job description

Who are we hiring: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, develop, implement, and support complex integration solutions across our enterprise ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing integrations and ensuring seamless, secure data flow through both scheduled and real-time integration architectures. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building robust, scalable integration frameworks, including standardized error handling and centralized auditing, to ensure integrations are resilient, traceable, and efficient. 

What will you do?  

  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  
  • Design, develop, implement, and support endtoend integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC - Gen 3). 
  • Build and maintain Scheduled Orchestrations for bulk and batch data processing scenarios. 
  • Develop AppDriven Orchestrations to support realtime, eventbased, and APItriggered integrations. 
  • Configure and utilize a wide range of OIC adapters, including ERP Cloud, HCM Cloud, FTP, REST, SOAP, File Server, and Database adapters. 
  • Design and implement a reusable Global Error Handling Framework to standardize fault management across integrations. 
  • Develop and maintain a centralized Audit and Logging Framework to ensure integration visibility, monitoring, and ease of troubleshooting. 
  • Perform advanced data mappings and transformations using XSLT, XPath functions, and OIC Lookups to support complex business logic between disparate systems. 
  • Leverage OIC Process Builder to design business process workflows, including humanintheloop approvals. 
  • Monitor integration performance and proactively tune mappings, orchestration patterns, and connectivity agent configurations to support high-volume data loads. 
  • Collaborate closely with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure integration solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives.  
  • Contribute to integration design documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-sharing practices to support team scalability and operational continuity. 

What do you need to succeed?   

  • 5+ years of related experience.    
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience in middleware or enterprise integration, with at least 3+ years of handson experience developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC / ICS). 
  • Strong proficiency with Web Services technologies, including REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON. 
  • Deep understanding of FBDI, HDL, and BI Publisher (BIP) for Oracle ERP and Oracle HCM integrations. 
  • Expertlevel knowledge of XSLT for complex transformation logic and advanced data mappings. 
  • Solid understanding of integration security concepts, including OAuth, SSL certificates, and basic/headerbased authentication mechanisms. 
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. 
  • Experience or familiarity with Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) is considered a plus. 
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills with a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional technical and business teams.
