Job description

Required Skills:

* Strong onsite customer-facing experience for Oracle Integration Cloud implementation projects
* Hands-on implementation experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Gen 2 / Gen 3
* Good experience working in Financial Modules of Oracle
* Good Experience in developing Integrations (Scheduled Orchestration or App Driven Orchestration) and BIP Reports depending on the Use Case
* Ability to lead customer integration requirement workshops, interface design discussions, solution walkthroughs, and dependency reviews
* Experience in documenting interface requirements, technical specifications, mapping documents, error handling approach, open items, risks, and action items
* Ability to coordinate with offshore integration developers, functional consultants, reporting teams, testers, and PMO for timely delivery
* Experience in managing customer communications, meeting notes, status updates, issue follow-ups, defect triage, and stakeholder alignment
* Experience supporting SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare from onsite location
* Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM integrations, FBDI, BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, security, and connectivity agents

Must haves:

* Minimum 10+ years of Oracle technical/integration experience with strong Oracle Integration Cloud implementation exposure
* Strong onsite customer-facing capability with experience in requirement gathering, integration workshops, design walkthroughs, and stakeholder communication
* Hands-on technical knowledge of OIC integrations, REST/SOAP services, ERP adapters, file-based processing, FBDI, BIP extracts, ESS jobs, callbacks, and scheduling
* Ability to bridge customer integration requirements with offshore delivery teams and ensure clear understanding of scope, mappings, dependencies, priorities, and timelines
* Experience preparing interface requirement documents, technical design documents, mapping sheets, unit test evidence, deployment notes, defect trackers, and status reports
* Experience coordinating SIT, UAT, regression testing, interface mock runs, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support activities
* Ability to manage customer expectations, track dependencies, escalate risks/issues, and drive closure with offshore and customer teams
* Excellent communication, presentation, documentation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

* Experience working in US onsite-offshore delivery model
* Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/Finance/HCM business flows and integration touchpoints
