Job Description Operator - Spokane Mix Plant, Spokane WAThis is a full time, hourly position10 hr shiftPosition Summary:Manufacturing experience, mechanical skills and aptitude preferred. The successful candidates must be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as necessary. You may be asked to perform other tasks or assigned other duties, not included in this list, which management deems necessary.Job Responsibilities:Operator position responsibilities include:Ability to operate packaging machinery safely and efficientlyAbility to perform product change oversAbility to lift and stack up to fifty pound bagsEffectively communicate with co-workers and supervisorsAccurately and legibly document data for reportingResponsible for maintaining the quality of production.Watch for and report all safety issues.Follow all GMP and HACCP policies.Able to work in a variety of conditions such as hot and cold temperatures and a dusty environment ADM requires the successful completion of a background check. REF:111874BR Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
