What is a manager operator?

Manager Operators are professionals responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a department, facility, or business unit. They ensure that processes run efficiently, resources are allocated effectively, and organizational goals are met. Their duties often include supervising staff, implementing policies, managing budgets, and optimizing workflows.
