Forklift Operator

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate forklifts to move materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the production facility.
  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and storage areas using forklifts, ensuring proper handling and placement of items.
  • Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor.
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting, labeling, and organizing materials and products.
  • Collaborate with other team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Valid forklift operator certification/license.
  • Proven experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of forklift safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
