Job description

Position Summary:

We’re looking for experienced tow truck operators to join our team. Tow Truck Operators are responsible for providing safe, efficient, and professional towing, recovery, transport, and roadside assistance services. Operators must maintain a strong commitment to customer service while working in a variety of traffic, weather, and emergency conditions. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and looking for long-term employment, we would love to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2+ years of previous towing, recovery, roadside assistance, or transportation

• Basic mechanical knowledge

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

• Ability to pass random drug screenings

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts

• Ability to safely lift, push, and pull equipment and materials as required

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-oriented

Pay Structure:

Training pay: $15/hour after training Base Pay/Commission

Military service, particularly experience involving vehicle operations, transportation, logistics, equipment operation, or mechanical maintenance, is a plus!
