The Position: We’re looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operational functions of our residential and commercial fire and water cleanup and restoration services. This role involves managing all aspects of operations, financials, and human resources, while also implementing the company’s mission and vision.

Requirements:

  • Must have previous experience as a Crew Chief, Project Manager or Operations Manager in the industry
  • Must have previous experience water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire restoration
  • Required current IICRC Certification
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in branch production, sales, and management
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift/move 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee branch production operations, ensuring efficiency and profitability
  • Manage daily operations, scheduling, training, and developing Technicians and Crew Chiefs
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in collaboration with Customer Service
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal departments, clients, and business partners
  • Assign necessary equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager to meet budget targets and establish weekly production goals
