Overview:
TITLE: (CCM) Specialist
LOCATION: OMAHA
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain document composition solutions using OpenText Exstream, Documerge, and CCM platforms.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective document templates, workflows, and communication strategies.
  • Develop and maintain complex business rules, data mappings, and templates for personalized customer communications.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency in customer communications across multiple channels (print, email, SMS, portal).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and best practice implementation.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (or Documerge).
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM) systems.
  • Experience in designing and developing templates, correspondence, and batch processing.
  • Proficiency in data integration, XML, XSLT, and scripting languages.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:
